Kiosk lockdown
Once signed in, the terminal hides the system bars, disables Home and Recents, brings the app back if another app takes over, and needs the terminal passcode to exit.
PIN clock-in, role-based permissions, live device GPS, service zones, manager alerts, and kiosk lockdown — every operational lever in one portal.
This interactive example shows PIN clock-ins, active shifts, and terminal status. Change an employee's state to see how the board updates.
Each lane is that person's day on one 07:00-to-now axis — the bar grows while they are on the clock, breaks are cut straight out of it, and every sale their terminal rings lands on the end of it. A PIN opens the register, the role is checked before it unlocks, and the paid minutes start accruing. Nobody on this board typed a timesheet.
Roles are enforced on the device when a PIN is entered. Updated permissions sync to connected terminals.
Layer per-employee permissions on top of the three tiers, and group terminals so one change reaches every device in it.
Every cashier gets a role. Then fine-tune what one person can do, independent of their tier.
Attach terminals to a profile once. Change a setting or permission and it rolls out to every device on that profile automatically — no walking the floor to update each one by hand.
No badge, no app, no separate time-tracking tool. Every shift is timestamped and stored automatically, and managers can add breaks in the portal.
Kiosk lockdown, auto-lock, live GPS, service zones, remote app restart and working hours — so the terminal stays governed even when no one's watching.

Configured terminals lock back to the PIN screen when left unattended, so an authorized PIN is needed to resume use.
Terminals with GPS report their location in the background to the live map (Live Map module), with trips, stops and playback for the last seven days.
Draw service zones for each site and see them on the same live map as your terminals. A terminal that leaves its zones locks itself, with a bypass per terminal.
Restart the POS app on an online terminal from the portal — terminal PIN, short countdown the cashier can cancel — no site visit, no waiting at the counter.
Set open and close times per day per site, with an optional auto-lock after hours or when the location is marked closed.
The background location service can report terminal position while the POS remains available. Service zones drawn for each site sit on the same map, and any of the last seven days can be replayed as trips, stops and gaps.
Low battery, repeated wrong-PIN attempts, unexpected restarts, declines and batch problems appear as alerts; online and offline status shows live.
Illustrative examples of the operational events and context the portal can surface.
An employee PIN opens the functions assigned to that role. Settings, refunds, and shift access remain restricted according to permissions, and the terminal applies those rules during use.
When a terminal crosses the configured battery threshold, the alert includes the device name, time, and available location so the team can follow up.
After the configured number of incorrect PIN attempts, the device locks and records a timestamped alert. An authorized user can review and re-authorize it.
Alerts provide context for follow-up. Each record identifies the event, terminal, and time.

Staff sign in with a PIN and clock in on the terminal, and the shift is timestamped automatically. Managers can add breaks or correct a shift in the portal, and the Labor report totals paid hours, breaks and overtime. No badge, no separate time-tracking app.
Admin, manager, and cashier. Each role's permissions are a policy you edit in Settings › Account, applied when a PIN is entered on the device, and saved changes can be pushed to connected terminals.
Yes. Terminals with GPS report their location to a live map (Live Map module), and you can draw service zones for each site on the same map.
Managers you choose per site can be emailed, and can get push notifications, for low battery, repeated wrong-PIN attempts, unexpected restarts, large voids, refunds and sales, declines, and batch problems. Online and offline status shows live in the portal.

Yes. The POS app on an online terminal can be restarted from the portal without a site visit — with the terminal PIN and a short countdown the cashier can cancel — useful for an unresponsive terminal at the counter.
Yes. Set open and close times per day for each site, with an optional auto-lock after hours or while the location is marked closed. Individual devices can be exempted where needed.
Yes, beyond their role: void, refund, cash refund, reprint, manual card entry, price changes, and clock-in requirements are set per role in Settings › Account, and any one person can be given an exception.
We'll configure a sample service zone and walk through clock-in, location, and alert workflows on a PAX terminal.
