  1. October 202606 shipped

A site can define up to five questions for sales and five for refunds. The terminal asks them before the payment, saves the answers on the transaction, and adds them to the Excel export. A receipt template can print them.

  2. ECR payment, refund and void calls can name the receipt copy the terminal prints — customer, merchant, both, or none — and a new call reprints the receipt of an approved payment.

  3. Each site gets a page with a 3D map, directions, opening hours and contact details. A receipt template can print its QR code.

  4. Web apps enabled for an account can open from the terminal's home screen. Each site chooses which apps its terminals show.

  5. A terminal now checks that its payment merchant ID matches the account before it signs in. A mismatch blocks sign-in and raises an alert, so sales are not recorded against the wrong account.

  6. An account now holds its legal address and its GST, HST, QST, PST and RST numbers, and receipt templates can print them.

  7. September 202607 shipped

Create a payment link, send it by SMS or email or show its QR code, and the customer pays on their own phone with a 3-D Secure check. Links expire on the schedule you set, and gateway payments can be refunded from the transaction page. Available once a payment gateway is set up for the account.

  8. Draw floors and tables for a site, then take orders by table. In restaurant mode, open checks are shared: every terminal on the site can see, edit and pay them. Table service is a paid module.

  9. Design the sell screen of a POS Station: product tiles, live category blocks, dividers and colours, previewed at the register's own size. Station profiles share one screen across registers, and every save can be rolled back.

  10. A report lists every sale that failed or was declined, with each of its attempts, and shows how many were paid in the end.

  11. GPS noise is filtered out and each day is drawn as trips, stops and dashed gaps where the signal dropped, with playback at 1×, 10×, 60× or 300×. Requires the Live Map licence.

  12. The dashboard and the report pages share a new look: Gross and Net at the top, an hours chart, site comparison, growth, and a custom date range in the report header.

  13. The v2 API reference is published as one OpenAPI 3.1 document, available as JSON and YAML, ready for client generators.

  14. August 202604 shipped

Design receipt templates in an editor with reusable blocks, conditions and loops, barcodes and QR codes, and French versions. Print a preview on a real terminal before you save.

  15. A customer can open or share a receipt as a web page and switch between the digital view and the printed original.

  16. A work order can carry an itinerary of up to five stops, with the route drawn on the map. The terminal has the same itinerary editor.

  17. App updates are delivered through PAX Store. From a terminal's page you can ask it to check for an update, and a site rule can notify managers when one is available.

  18. July 202603 shipped

A REST API for transactions, orders, employees, terminals and work orders, and ECR commands to drive a terminal from your own POS — behind scoped API keys created in the portal.

  19. The customer signs on the terminal to confirm the finished work, and the signature is stored with the work order.

  20. A terminal can ask the cashier for a reason on every refund and void, and the reason is stored with the transaction. The ECR API accepts a reason code.

  21. June 202602 shipped

Cash totals can round to the configured legal increment, including the nearest five cents in Canada. Card totals remain exact, and the cash-rounding adjustment appears on the receipt.

  22. Managers can start an already-staged terminal update from the portal. The device shows a countdown, installs the update, and returns to service after completion. Replaced in August by delivery through PAX Store.

  23. May 202602 shipped

Managers can end an open cashier session from the portal. The device is notified, the shift records the selected closing time, and the action is added to the audit history.

  24. Administrators can configure a maximum number of photos per work order while retaining before-and-after documentation in the job record.

  25. April 202602 shipped

Tax rates now support effective-date windows. New transactions use the applicable configured rate, while historical transactions retain the rate recorded at the time of sale.

  26. A single batch action can void eligible open pre-authorizations at closing time instead of processing them individually.

  27. March 202601 shipped

The storefront embed adds a menu, cart, and checkout to an existing website. Online orders join the same order book as counter sales, with no per-order marketplace commission.

  28. February 202601 shipped

The same POS, on a licensed desktop station — cash drawer, receipt printer, and barcode scanner included. Built for counters where a hand terminal isn't the whole story.

  29. December 202501 shipped

A site can alert its managers, and optionally lock the terminal, after a set number of incorrect PIN attempts. The alert names the terminal and the time.
